Poultry Entrees

Chicken Patricia- Boneless breast of chicken filled with sweet roasted peppers, sauteed onions and Swiss cheese, finished with a wine reduction

Chicken Cordon Bleu - Boneless breast of chicken, filled with black forest ham and Swiss cheese, breaded with seasoned bread crumbs, served with Mornay sauce.

Cheddar Chicken - Breast of chicken filled with crunchy bacon, broccoli, and cheddar cheese, served with a light white sauce.

Stuffed Chicken Breast - Filled with herbed stuffing, sauteen onions and celery, finished with chicken gravy 

Chicken Pecan -  Chicken breast filled with toasted pecans, herbed stuffing and dried cranberries, served with a wine reduction.

Roasted Tom Turkey - Freshly roasted bird served with all the traditional trimmings of  stuffing, gravy and mashed potatoes

Apricot Glazed Chicken Breast - Chicken breast glazed in apricot and roasted to tender perfection.

Fried Chicken a la Trish - Homestyle chicken breaded and golden fried.
