one more example of this. We have professional serving equimpment. The staff would provide attentive beverage and
clearing service for your guests.
Passed Hors d' oeuvres
A very classy way to serve hors
d'oeuvres prior to the meal for for an Hors d'oeuvres only menu. Staff would circulate through your guests with platters
of your chosen options.
Questions to consider when choosing a service method:
Will guests all eat at the same time? Do you want the luxury of having each guest served? Set plate would
be best.
Will guests be coming and going, and therefore eating at different times? In this case, a
buffet would work well.
Will you know exactly how many guests are attending or have assigned seating?
Set plate could work very well for this type event. Buffet could also work very well.
Is your party very small
or very large? Depending upon the time flow of your event and the atmosphere you are striving for either set plate or
buffet could work for you.
Will you arrive
later than your guest, such as a bride and groom arriving for the reception after photography at the ceremony venue? A
buffet appetizer table, followed by a set plate meal service could work very well for this. Likewise, a buffet appetizer
table followed by a buffet meal service could also work quite nicely. You could also have passed hors d'oeuvres followed
by a set plate meal.
